Corporate Event Types:
  • Corporate Town Halls

Stop broadcasting company updates from a conference room. Our studio transforms your town hall into a polished, high-impact production — executive on stage, content integrated in real time, remote workforce genuinely engaged. It looks like network television because it's produced in the same way!

  • All-Hands & Executive Broadcasts

When your CEO or leadership team needs to communicate with the entire organization, the production quality signals how seriously you take the message. Our studio gives executive communications the broadcast weight they deserve — without the $50K production price tag.

  • Live Corporate Training

Deliver company-wide training that employees actually engage with. Live interaction tools, real-time audience displays, and a professional production environment keep remote teams present — not just logged in. Built for L&D teams who are done settling for Zoom fatigue.

How It Works

Simple to start, seamless to execute — your team focuses on the message, we handle the entire production.

1
Choose Your Access

Select the credit bundle or membership that fits your event cadence — one-time production or ongoing. No complex contracts, no AV vendor negotiations.

2
We Plan It Together

Our production team works with you before the event — format, run-of-show, branding, speaker prep. You show up ready. Not guessing.

3
You Present. We Produce.

Your executives walk in, focus on the message. Our team runs cameras, lighting, audio, graphics, and live switching. Your audience sees broadcast quality — not another video call.

Built for Corporate Productions

Three purpose-built zones designed to give your leadership team the stage, the tools, and the production environment to communicate with authority. Move freely, present powerfully, and engage your remote workforce — all in one space.

3 Distinct Production Zones
01
Presentation Zone

Executive keynotes, live all-hands, company announcements

02
Smart Board Zone

Live data, strategy frameworks, visual communication

03
The Executive Desk

Panels, interviews, leadership conversations — newscast style

01

Presentation Zone

The command center for executive communications. Your leadership team presents to the entire company with dynamic visuals, full camera movement, and a stage presence that's impossible to replicate from a conference room. Built for town halls, all-hands meetings, and high-stakes announcements.

02

Smart Board Zone

Walk your organization through strategy, data, or complex initiatives in real time. Write, annotate, and illustrate live — giving remote employees the same clarity as if they were in the room. Eliminates the "death by PowerPoint" experience that kills engagement in company-wide broadcasts.

03

The Executive Desk

A broadcast-style desk designed for leadership panels, Q&A formats, and executive interview content. Seat multiple presenters, integrate remote guests, and deliver the kind of polished leadership communication that builds company culture and trust at scale. Inspired by the authority of newscast delivery.

Why companies choose The Teaching Studio over an AV team at their office...

Branded to Your Organization.

The studio becomes your stage. Customizable monitors, a large LED monitor wall, and dynamic LED lighting mean your company's brand is front and center — not a generic backdrop. Your remote workforce sees a production that reflects the professionalism of your organization.

Questions Corporate Clients Always Ask

How does this compare to bringing in an AV team to our office?
Bringing AV to your office means logistics, setup time, unreliable equipment, and a team that doesn't know your space. At The Teaching Studio, the entire production environment is purpose-built and permanently configured — cameras, lighting, switching, and a control room operator who knows the setup cold. Your event runs smoother, looks sharper, and costs a fraction of what a comparable on-site AV production would run.
What's included in a corporate event production?
Every session includes a dedicated production team member in our control room, multi-camera setup, professional lighting, live audio mixing, live switching, branded display customization, real-time audience interaction tools, and pre-production planning support. Post-production editing services are available for organizations that want a polished recording to distribute internally.
Can we brand the studio with our company's identity?
Yes — and this is one of the things clients love most. The studio's LED monitor wall, display screens, and dynamic lighting are all customizable to your brand. Your employees see your colors, your logo, your identity — not a generic studio backdrop. It reinforces brand standards even in a virtual format.
Can we host remote speakers or executives alongside in-studio presenters?
Absolutely. Our studio is purpose-built for hybrid formats — seamlessly integrating remote guests alongside in-studio presenters in a polished, broadcast-quality frame. Whether your CEO is in Durham and your CHRO is in Chicago, it looks like they're sharing the same professional stage.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Corporate slots — especially Q1 and Q4 — fill up quickly. We recommend planning 4–6 weeks in advance for one-time productions, and scheduling up to 12 months ahead for recurring events. The earlier you plan, the more scheduling flexibility you'll have. Contact us and we'll check current availability immediately.
Our team is not local. Can you accommodate us?
Many of our corporate clients fly in from across the country. We have an exclusive discounted hotel rate for clients traveling to Durham, and our pre-production process ensures your team arrives fully prepared — not figuring things out on the day of the event. We make the logistics easy so you can focus on the message.
