Live hours are the time your audience is watching. Rehearsals and tech checks are on us.
times a year
3 Tell us about the course.
Rough numbers are fine. We budget studio time at about double the finished runtime so there's room for retakes and resets.
3 Tell us about the masterclass.
In-person participants: our classroom studio seats up to 32 with smartboards and video conferencing for the remote half of the room. We'll size that part with you on the call.
3 Tell us about the show.
We allow about one and a half times the episode length in the studio for intros, resets and pickups.
3 Tell us about your recording rhythm.
Most creators batch a month of clips in one or two sittings.
3 Tell us about the talk.
We budget about double the finished length so there's room for retakes.
3 Roughly how much studio time?
One studio hour is one hour on the stage with the production team in the control room. A half day is about four hours.
hours
Every hour includes the stage, the control room and the team. There's no equipment line, no crew line and no studio rental line on top of the number you see here. The same stage hosts town halls and training for Microsoft, Caterpillar, ExxonMobil, Syngenta, Duke and UNC, and it's minutes away at 3211 Shannon Road in Durham.
