Studio NOW is a monthly pass for ten creators with a flexible schedule. Our pre-booked studio clients reserve months in advance, which leaves open, non-booked time on the calendar every month. Studio NOW hands that time to you: six cameras, a technician in the control room, your brand on the stage, your files as you walk out. A win for everyone.
Every month, we guarantee that at least 50% of our studio operating hours will be open for our Studio NOW pass holders.
Our pre-booked clients reserve the studio a week or more ahead, and the studio is ready every day either way: cameras set, lights hung, crew on call. Studio NOW opens the hours still free each week to creators who can move fast.
That's your production schedule. If you can create on short notice, you get the same stage and the same team our university and Fortune 500 clients get, at a fraction of what they pay. The only trade: you book what's open, usually a few days out.
That's why we cap it at ten. Ten creators with flexible weeks can share the open time comfortably. More than that, and it stops being last minute and starts being a wait.
Not a rental room with a camera on a tripod. A broadcast stage with three production zones, six live-switched cameras and a control room team, producing since 2021 with more than 6.4 million viewer hours behind it.
Stand and deliver with your slides on the wall behind you
Write, draw and annotate live; frameworks, diagrams, the hard parts
Podcasts, interviews, panels, newscast-style delivery
Your slides go straight from your laptop to the stage screens and into the broadcast. Move, point, teach. The cameras follow and the technician cuts between them.
Work the problem in real time. Every stroke is captured in the program feed, something a whiteboard camera or screenshare simply can't do.
A newscast-style desk built for podcasts and interviews. Seated, polished, with your laptop's media on the monitors and up to two remote guests in the same frame.
The control roomWhere your session is directed, switched and recorded.
Client SuiteA private room to prep, change and review takes.
Training RoomSeats 32 with smart-board tech for hybrid workshops.
The Teaching CaféCoffee before your session, a landing spot after.
Three steps. No producer calls to schedule, no proposals, no waiting on a quote.
Your pass comes with a login to the online booking system. Every open slot for the coming week is right there, updated as the calendar changes.
Pick a two-hour session and it's booked, no back-and-forth. Up to ten sessions a month: enough for a full course, a season of episodes, or a month of clips.
A technician runs cameras, lighting, audio, graphics and live switching. You present. Your program and every camera angle are handed off before you leave.
If your calendar has room to say "Thursday at 10 works" a few days out, Studio NOW works for you. Here's what one session turns into.
Stop re-recording webcam lessons. Teach on a real stage with your slides on the wall, a smart board for the hard parts, and remote learners in the same frame when you need them.
A branded set that doesn't look like everyone else's ring light. Six angles, real lighting and a technician in the control room, so you can just perform.
Video podcast at the Podcast Desk, broadcast audio, up to two remote guests on screen beside you. Two episodes per session is a normal day.
Just announced. 7 left. Your card is charged today for the October 1-31 pass and your login arrives before it starts.
No contract. First month charged today, then billed monthly for the month ahead. Cancel any time; it takes effect at the end of your paid month.
Takes about a minute. You'll get a receipt right away and your client dashboard login before your pass begins.
Your Studio NOW Pass is confirmed. A receipt is on its way to .
Watch for a second email with your client dashboard login before your pass begins. Until then, want to see the stage in person? Book a tour.
Join the waitlist. When a pass holder cancels, the first person on the list gets the spot, with a link to claim it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Studio NOW pass ("Studio NOW" or the "Pass") offered by Teaching Studio, LLC ("The Teaching Studio," "we," "us" or "our"), located at 3211 Shannon Road Suite 125, Durham, NC 27707. By purchasing a Pass you ("you" or the "Pass Holder") agree to these Terms.
Studio NOW is a month-to-month pass that lets you reserve open, non-booked studio time at The Teaching Studio through our online booking system. Each reservation is a two-hour session. A Pass includes up to ten sessions per calendar month. Sessions include use of the studio stage and its production zones, six live-switched cameras, stage lighting, broadcast audio, graphics and slide integration, a studio technician in the control room, and delivery of your recordings. A maximum of ten Passes are sold at any one time.
Sessions may be booked only in time that is open in the online booking system, within the booking window shown there (currently the next seven days). Open time changes as other clients reserve the studio, and a specific day or time is never guaranteed. Each calendar month we guarantee that at least 50% of our studio operating hours will be available to Studio NOW Pass Holders as a group. Sessions do not carry over from one month to the next, and unused sessions have no cash value.
The monthly price of the Pass is shown on this page at the time of purchase (currently $1,750 per month). Your first month is charged in full immediately at the time of purchase, before that month begins. Each month after that is billed at the end of the current month for the following month, to the card on file, until you cancel. By purchasing a Pass you authorize The Teaching Studio and its payment processor, Authorize.net, to charge the card you provide on this recurring basis. Card details are collected and stored by Authorize.net and are never stored on our servers. If a recurring payment fails, we will contact you; booking access is suspended until payment is made.
There is no contract and no minimum term. You may cancel at any time by emailing info@theteachingstudio.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for: you keep booking access through the last day of that month and are not charged for the following month. Payments are not pro-rated and are not refunded for partial months, unused sessions, or cancellations made after a month has been billed, except where required by law.
Sessions are for recording. Live streaming and live event production are not included in the Pass and may be purchased separately as an upgrade. Please cancel a booked session through the booking system at least 24 hours in advance so the time can be released to other Pass Holders; sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, count toward your monthly ten. We may reschedule a session because of facility or equipment issues, in which case the session is not counted against you.
In-person guests are not permitted during Studio NOW sessions. Up to two remote guests may join a session from the Podcast Desk and will appear in the broadcast with you. You are responsible for obtaining any consent you need from your guests to record them.
Content recorded during your sessions belongs to you. The Teaching Studio claims no rights in it unless we agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for the content you record, including having the rights to any music, slides, images and other material you bring into the studio. Recordings are delivered at the end of each session; we do not keep long-term copies, so please back up your files.
You agree to follow the directions of the studio technician and to treat the facility and equipment with care. Damage to studio equipment or facilities caused by you is your financial responsibility. We may end a session, or a Pass, for conduct that is unsafe, unlawful or abusive toward our staff, in which case no refund is owed.
A Pass is personal to the Pass Holder named at purchase and may not be transferred, shared, resold or used to book sessions for others.
We may change the price or these Terms with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing date; if you do not agree, cancel before that date and no further charge is made. Because Studio NOW is sold in limited numbers, we may stop offering it; if we do, any month already paid for is honored or refunded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teaching Studio, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the Pass, a session, or the facility, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the month in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Durham County, North Carolina.
